most hand held shower hoses have female thread on both ends. I needed one with a fine thread on the base end. Had to go thru a lot of pictures to find one that might fit. Worked like a charm.

I purchased this sink spray hose to replace a 15 year old leaking American Standard hose. The only problem I had was the older spray nozzle didn't seat properly as the new hose was not a perfect match with the old, so it leaked at the fitting. I easily fixed this by adding another rubber washer into the fitting.
