Labradorite
Labradorite is a Feldspar mineral, which is the most abundant group of minerals that can be found in the earth’s crust and is named after the place where it was first found, which is in Labrador, Canada.
It’s also a very versatile stone. Just as visually appealing in its raw and uncut form as when worked into jewelry of excellent design and grace.
- It has a hardness of 6.5 on the Mohs scale and a specific gravity of about 2.7.
- Labradorite is also known by the name Spectrolite, or Rainbow Moonstone when the Labradorite is in the white matrix.
- Normal Labradorite is usually blue or blue-green, lavender-blue, or even yellow in color.
- Labradorite usually comes in beautiful colors of grey-white, pale green, and different shades of blue, usually with flecks of gold and iridescent blue flashes.
- Labradorite crystals display a mix of all these colors, which make them look mesmerizing and eye-catching!

I ordered the AMOYSTONE Natural Labradorite Carved Castle Polished Palm Stone Quartz Crystal Healing Reiki Unique Decor Ornaments. Since every stone comes from the earth and will be different, I knew it would be a surprise what mine would look like. I'm really happy with it, and it has a good amount of flash. It seems to be well carved, there is a good polish on it, and the pattern looks like the picture. It's not really big and pretty small in my hand, but I knew that going into it. You will have to stand in certain lighting to get it to flash. I was pleased to see that both sides of mine had good flash even though I didn't expect it. I don't have any complaints, thank you.

This labradorite carving of a castle had a nice blue flash to it. It was polished like stated in the title/description. It's a nice size for your palm with good detail for the castle.

Carving was detailed but most of the front of the stone was dull grey and only part of the feathers had a bit of flash and color. It was a poor quality of labradorite but it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning. I wanted an option to message the seller before reviewing, but couldn’t find the option.
