The best quartet of tubes I ever put in my Peavey 6534+! Plus a little tweaking from my amp tech, my tube amp sounds great. Expect tight lows, warm mids, and lots of clarity in the high end. Definitely worth the money. Never had a problem with JJ tubes, very durable.

I slapped these into my Laney Ironheart amp to replace the 6L6 it came with, and it took on a much meaner sound. (Laney has an on board bias selector to accommodate either set of tubes so don't freak out.)I've used JJs in my others amp head and definitely recommend them.

Marshall DSL40 with Celestion Creamback. Old tubes were starting to sound tinny, not woody. Screeching treble, but not microphonic. These fixed the problem and sound great.

If you know anything about this particular model of Marshall the MA50H most people think at the clean channel is great and the high gain channel is lackluster but let me tell you something when I put these tubes in and biased them to the correct settings this amp sounds phenomenal especially compared to how it sounded before I got it I think that they were biased pretty cold on the original ones and that is probably the case with any other one of this model amp and their factory settings and tubes but it absolutely sounds awesome on the high gain channel now!!!

My Marshall JCM 800 2204 50-watt roars once again and I also had to replace the 500ma $2 fuse after 10+years of no maintenance--my oldest piece of gear is the most roadworthy--early 80s MARSHALL. The previous tubes were the exact same JJ brand and served me well and I am a careless owner turning the amp on and off abusively. Satisfied and Rocking with more watts than I need! Jim

Not sure my Blackstar HT Club 40 sounds as good as it did on the old set, but I needed some and these are what I could get quickly. They work fine.

Didn’t really get the sound I was looking for on the on the right side of my DSL40. Left side sounded good.
