I bake a lot and this has come in handy. Not just for baking but for other savory items I’ve made and wanted to cool properly. I was concerned it might be difficult to clean. However, it couldn’t be easier since it is coated. Messes just wipe right off, even just using a wet dish rag. Nice and sturdy too. Love this!

Love these! I got them for cookie baking to have more room to cool cookies. My other ones are not grid style and I love this grid style. No more slipping through cookies! The clean up is a breeze as with all Anolon Advanced cookware and bakeware.

this grid is great for fried stuff, like frys/chicken/anything that's fried and crispy out of the oil. use this instead of a paper towel will ensure your fried stuff is nice and crispy for a long time. if you use paper towel it kinda condensates the moisture thus make things less crispy
