Used to replace the flimsy drawstring in my brother's chef pants as it was always breaking and melting. This is much stronger and has not melted lol. He's very happy with it and it was enough to do 5 pants. Cost effective and good quality. I had no flaws in mine

I knew that this was cotton and that cotton shrinks, but WOW! I'm glad I bought more than what I needed. I put the draw cord / string in a laundry bag women use for their bras / panty hose and washed and dried the cord SEVERAL times with HOT water and HIGH HEAT to get it to shrink up before I cut it to a usable length for my scrubs. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that buys cotton string / cord (round or flat) to do this. The seller was great, it's just the inherent trait of the product. The nice thing is, is that this cord does not stretch out from walking, sitting, bending, etc. so that you have to keep re-tying it.

Needed to replace the cloth drawstring on my pajama pants. I know - kind of a silly thing, but kind of important.Previous cords I'd found were round, which tends to dig into you. This one is a nice sturdy, flat, woven cord that ties well and doesn't irritate me.
