This rubber plug arrived as shown. The quality was impressive, and it was true to size when measured, reaching exactly 2.41 inches under the measure. I used it to plug a unique demijohn I didn't have a lid for, and it did exactly what I was needing it to, creating an airtight seal. I would definitely recommend this brand/product to others; their quality is impressive and their size descriptions are accurate. The description warned of a potential smell, but when my plug arrive I actively smelled it before, and periodically after putting it on the demijohn, and never had an issue myself.

I ordered this to cap a hole in the ceiling, actually to fit between a 1900 and the hanging fixture post, as an extra layer of protection and a dropping stopgap for a hanging light.So I had to manipulate it a bit by cutting it, which worked really well. It was made with very high quality rubber and was terse, but also pliable. It didn't tear or rip so it was not easy to cut but I could tell once I did it wasn't going to fall apart. A good thing.I eventually got it to the size I needed and placed it perfectly where I wanted it. It was strong and was perfect for the job. 5 star and I would have given it more if I could.
