The wagon footwell ripped out immediately within our first use. I contacted Gladly Family, they did not honor their warranty and told me to contact Amazon for assistance. I wanted a replacement footwell, was not looking for a return or money back. Poor quality, does not stand by their product. Would not recommend buying this wagon.

Expensive, but has a canopy, attachable/removable basket for carrying things, drink & key storage for parents, drink tray for child, and convertible sleep padding for naps. My toddler became resistant to walks in the stroller, but now we are able to start up our walk routine again since they love this thing. Also, we've taken it to the beach - pulling the loaded wagon in sand and grass is actually nicely manageable. So, I recommend this purchase.Downsides include the handlebars are annoyingly tall in the fixed position which irritates my ulnar nerves. You have to use the fixed position for pushing. Also the maneuverability for pushing isn't as good as pulling. Pulling this wagon results in great maneuverability and the handlebar does not have to be in the fixed position. The wagon does NOT have a break/slow down feature like my Bob stroller does (but it does have a lock to park function) and it does NOT have wrist strap to prevent a run-away wagon. So if you live in a hilly area may be a little less safe/comfortable to maneuver.

We love our Gladly wagon and have recommended it to friends. As far as price goes it is definitely the best value for this type of wagon, we looked into the veer but it would have cost nearly twice as much after getting all of the accessories that come with this one.I am only 5’1 and am able to manage the wagon on my own. It is a little heavy and large but I can get it in and out of my SUV with no issues. It does take a bit to get used to the push, it’s not quite the same as a regular strollerWe mostly use it outdoors or in bigger open areas like aquariums etc. I probably wouldn’t use it as an every day stroller it would be difficult to manage inside smaller places like the grocery store or anywhere super crowded. We have had it for 2 years now and used it with the adapter for an infant carrier and now use it with our 2 & 4 year olds. The canopies are a little short for my 4 year old but he doesn’t seem to care and still tries to close him and his sister up in them.

Our family absolutely loves this wagon! Our 10 month old is so comfortable on the seat or even laying down for a nap. I love that you can cover almost the entire thing for shade. It has so much space for storage as well as a cup holder and a spot for your phone/keys/etc. The instructions are clear and it’s easy to assemble. It folds easily as well and it’s very simple! Perfect for walks, downtown strolls, any occasion really! I highly recommend.

I said what I said. Durable, well made, easy to clean, easy to steer, easy to fold, tons of storage, excellent strength to weight ratio, insanely easy to put together, best bang for your buck. That being said, would suck to bring on a plane.

I love this Product because i bought the little extra things cooler bag, mosquito net, chair cushion however you DO NOT NEED to buy them because it comes with it. Its such a great quality family wagon. my 1 year old loves it. its easy to drive around the cup holder hasn't given me any issue with size cup even my stanely cup fits in there. it comes with a cup and plate holder for my toddler and its so easy to remove and clean.Folding it super easy i feel like our jogger stroller it harder to fold. we have an x5 BMW and it take half of my trunk however gives me space to put stuff on top.

Put this together in under 10 minutes. Took toddler and infant for a 3 mile stroll on sidewalks streets and grass. Excellent wagon. Used the car seat adaptor with Nuna Pipa Lite LX work perfectly. Including the second canopy. Storage basket, sleep mat. Cup holder and storage container make this literally pound for pound the best prices wagon/stroller combo out there. Yes it’s a little big, but it’s basically a dual stroller replacement for us in the second vehicle. And something we can grow with when the kids are both toddlers.

I’ve been wanting to get this wagon since I first started looking at wagons for our daughter. I was trying to plan ahead for our growing family and wanted one that could also carry a car seat for our next little one. This wagon checked all the boxes and is well worth the price. My first use just so happened to be during a surprise snow storm and let me tell you the complete zip canopy was clutch! The little ones stayed dry and warm snuggled up with blankets. I did find the canopy zipper a little difficult to get going on the first use but has been getting easier with each use. I recommend putting some type of pull tab on the zipper for easier use. The weight is not bad especially with the quality of wagon and the folding feature is super easy to use! Maneuvering through tight aisles in a store can be challenging but doable (also going from a stroller to a wagon is not the same maneuverability.) Overall I highly recommend this wagon to anyone looking to switch from strollers.
