Love this pan! It also came with 5 cooking utensils instead of just the 4 pictured. You got the 2 spoons, the silicone brush thing, the tongs, and a flat spatula, they even included in a dish sponge.

First, after receiving this electric skillet I cannot believe it is oven-safe. How is that possible if you have to plug it in and the parts that are not the skillet look plastic. That must be a miss print, but why would you want to put an electric skillet in the oven? The other thing is the pictures make the surface of the pan look like it is a hex-clad interior and it is not. It is definitely non-stick but not hex-clad. The last issue is the temperature control: It does not have temperature settings it has 1-5 and it is unclear what the setting 1-5 represent. Is 1 low =200 or is 1 high=450. My old electric skillet has normal temperature settings from 200 degrees to 450 degrees that is easy to read. This setting 1-5 will not be clear until I use it. Since I have not used it yet, I cannot tell you what I like, only what I do not like. I do like the see through glass lid and I was able to put that together, but only because I had received another lid that was similar and had instructions how to assemble it. You need to use the plastic washer next to the handle and the metal disc next to the screw on the inside. I will update this once I figure out the temperature settings but for now I already have too many issues so it probably does not deserve a 4 star. The included silicone tools are nice if you like red and I will keep them, but I recently replaced all my black plastic with beige and wooden handled silicone utensils, which I really like. So, more to follow later.
