I purchased this item to replace the 10 year old motor and cable. I installed it and it worked fine for a about a month then started to have issues with it not opening all the way or closing completely. When I looked into it I found the cable had completely unwound and started binging, causing it to not work correctly. contacted the seller and after offering to send it back for a refund, exchange, replacement or partial payment for replacement all they would offer is $30. I was sold a faulty product and was only given less than 20% return. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!!! there are plenty of others seller and for less...
