Missing one of mounts. Transmission mount was missing only recieved 4 of 5 mounts ordered.

Had the set for a bit, wile I waited for more parts for my car, and when i finally got to it the mount broke.. hopefully the dealer can help out with this

Excelente calidad, solo que uno de ellos era diferente, tuve que comprar en otro lado el que faltaba, falta que especifiquen que solo es para transmisión delantera. Yo necesito 4x4 o AWD

I bought these to deliver to my mechanic for install.When he started the install, the side aluminum mount cracked and broke. He was forced to buy a replacement at a cost of $60.Then it was discovered that in my car (2002 Altima 3.5L) the rear motor mount wires were longer than the wires in piece that was shipped to me. Apparently, this was the wrong part for my application.My mechanic thought he could splice the old wires into the new one and save the cost of purchasing a replacement. I said OK. But the mount still didn't work right after a week of testing. I purchased another replacement for this mount at a materials cost of $40 and then had to pay another $150 in additional labor to install the replacement. This seems to work better than one I replaced. Unsure if the problem was due to the spliced wires or a bad sensor chip on the mount. Probably the sensor chip, IMO.The third mount (front) remains in the car but if I have more work done in that area, I will definitely have this one swapped out for a product I trust more.This has turned out to be an expensive repair both in wasted time and $$$. Cannot recommend this product.
