Stock one failed after 150K and almost 30 years (1996 Ranger). This one bolted right on and is working fine. The original one failed mechanically as in the plastic finally gave up and fell apart allowing the electrics to fall into the rotor and get ground up. My hope is the plastic on this one is OK (Seen some really crappy plastic out of China) will hold up for at least 5-10 years and not fail after a bunch of heat cycles.
