Worked fine on my truck. The nut is 35mm.Go ahead and get the spline piece, you probably won't be able to use the old one, and a new seal.

Looks and measures exactly the same as what dealer will sell you only literally 500-600$ dollars cheaper than what dealership wants

Just had this installed due to ripped boot on old one that was making noise too. The new one seems to be making the same noise you get when there's a lack of grease. If this noise persists I'll have to decide what to do. $120 for the install. Fit was perfect. I might have to cut the band and roll boot to see if enough grease is in there. Troubled

This axle is the same as oem as far as dimensions and fit. Some aftermarket axles have smaller diameter cv joints and boots. Only been I stalled for a couple weeks so I can't comment on longevity but it is starting off better than others
