I have installed in my 09 Prius and comparing to my original cvx axel, they match perfectly. No play at allThe only thing I wish it came with is the CV transmission seal. This will prevent any transmission oil leak between the CV axle and the transmission. The seal is $15 at the dealership.I had more problems removing the old CV axel vs install the new one. I have rented CV axle removing tool for free at AutoZoneMake sure you put hight temperature grease at the CV axel shaft that go to the wheel bearing.Again, this was for driver side CV axle replacement on my 2009 Prius
