So the one I purchased was for a 12 valve , pretty impressed with the quality for 99 bucks , I had the bolts already but pretty satisfied, clutch is reverse threads FYI

The clutch is junk only lasted about 1200 miles

Highly recommended my 2005 duramax will barley hit 210 degrees f pulling a 30ft 5th wheel up steep grades it turns on at a lower temp like they should have designed them to do from factory

Bought this thing because the OE clutch had finally failed @ 235,000 miles. I handed this new clutch to my mechanic who installed it for me. I'll say that this clutch looked beautiful, lovely casting and machining. Too bad it doesn't work. The whole idea with these things is they should engage when the temps increase, like when the A/C is on. Hot or cold, this thing just free-wheels. The coolant is running slightly hotter than with the dead OE and the A/C also overheats and shuts down from over-pressure, IE; the refrigerant isn't being cooled by the fan. A large waste of money when you consider the mechanic's wages.
