I have a 2000 Subaru Forester and I needed a couple parts, I checked my local parts store it was $235 I looked at carparts.com and found it for $40. It was the exact part I needed.

Subaru wanted 530 dollars for it. It took 45 seconds to install and solved all the warning lights. Flashing cruise control. Flashing X-Mode. Traction control and hill assist.

It is a direct replacement. Worked out of the box and for the last 2 weeks. All thats left is to see how long it lasts. Thye price was a fraction of the $180 that others cost
