Bought for 2011 ford expedition. The wire harness on the motor is wrong for the vehicles wiring harness

I ordered this and had to refund it make sure you pick the right motor hook up. This was a 2 pin and I needed an 8 pin. Maybe I just missed it but that was the only thing bad about it MININUS the box being beat to heck. Part was good though if I needed a 2 pin hook up.

Both sides plastic slider teeth broke off just in below two years, causing the glass to fall inside. Too me two hours to take the regulator out once the glass was under the clip and I had to cut the wire to force remove the slider clip in order to save the glass.

Installed on my 2007 Expedition. A real pain to install on that year (2008+ had a larger door opening) but a simple enough job for a DIY person. Just watch a video online. Look for one from a professional mechanic. Took about 2 hours to complete. Please note that when you put the new part in and you go to test it by hooking up the door panel and operating the switches, the door lock will lock and immediately unlock. Evidently that is a feature on Fords to keep you from locking the keys in the car. It won't let you lock the doors with the driver's door open. Wasted half an hour on that.

This was a great purchase as my front passenger door window motor and regulator was done. It rolls down fast and rolls up smoothly. Installation was not the easiest to get into the door but once it was in, it was a matter of lining up the bolt holes and install the bolts. Once everything was back in place, she's as good as new!!
