This fit exactly as described. The ujoints are not greasable, but oem isn't either, should still last a long time as I don't off road excessively. The driveshaft body doesn't have the sound deadening like the OEM and as such can have a very faint "ring" at certain speeds. Not annoying at all, but noticeable if you're driving below highway speeds, with all the windows down and no music or other noise.Would definitely buy again.

This shaft was a perfect fit on my 2004 F150 5.4 liter 4wd Crew Cab with 66 inch bed, 138.6 in wheelbase. 4R70 transmission. The original shaft had staked ujoints, this new one has circlips like a driveshaft is supposed to. The loss of one star is due to no grease fittings, as I do not believe in the "greased for life" bullshit. You can see the original ford part number on the old shaft. Ford's price for one replacement ujoint kit is $128 dollars, then you have the aggravation of getting the staked ones out. I ran this shaft up to 75mph on jack stands with minimal vibration which may not even have been from the shaft. Those 12 point, 12mm bolts took my 700ft.lb. impact gun to remove. Wire wheel the pinion flange, and coat with antiseize. Wire wheel the bolts, and blue loctite to torque to 70 to 80 ft. Lbs. The tail shaft seal that fit mine was the SKF 18507 hope this jelps

Perfect fit. Ujoints come non grease but have a set of upgrades for greased ujoints and you'll be fine other then that Perfect fit
