I took a chance and it vibrated almost as bad as the worn shaft. Some people seem to have luck.The factory shafts have weights on the shafts by the hangar bearing but the a1 don't. Not sure if that's the issueAmazon won't pick it up for returns so you have to ship it back on your own.It's very expensive and took many calls with customer service to get it returned.Stay away. The local pricing is slightly more but the hassles will make you wish you did if it doesn't work

This thing is so out of balance. it shakes the center console when traveling over 20mph.

Just make sure you order the correct one. Acura wanted $1000 to do the job. I got the whole thing done for $500. Whew!

After 3 months of use, I'm very impressed with the quality of replacement driveshaft for my 2017 Acura MDX at 1/3 of the dealership price.The original part had issues, but this new one completely resolved the problem. No more vibrations while driving—everything feels smooth and solid. It’s performing exactly as it should, and I couldn’t be happier with the fix. Highly recommend it to anyone experiencing similar issues!

The order was delivered on a fair time at my house since it was shipped in the USA. I installed myself on my car and the quality is very good and it’s cheap compared to other shops :) approuved by a mechanic

Pretty sad that Honda uses a part like this that wears out prematurely, but at least there are companies like this one to sell a reliable - OEM equivalent part at a fraction of the cost from Honda directly(or rock Auto). I've only put 100 miles on the car since installing the new driveshaft - but I can tell you it's nice not having a car that vibrates as your drive again. I'll be taking a 1400 mile trip next month- so time will tell if this driveshaft continues to hold up like my initial review!
