Worked for a week then it got cold then it didn’t engage until I put in garage for a bit then would engage. I realize you’ll get a dead once in a while, but wasn’t gonna chance it as I work and live in the cold. Bummer wise as I couldn’t return it and company wouldn’t return email.

It easier to install due to the shorter casing but overall it fits. Works fine for my 2001 chevy tahoe.

Purchased for my race engine do to parts stores wanting an arm and a leg for one perfect fit as was described and works great. Really liked it came with the starter test sheet showing me how it preformed on the bench test

Pull the dipstick tube out making it alot easier to replace, and don't forget to reinstall the solenoid heat shield. It is a very smooth operation, no grinding, works very well. And I only turn the key a few seconds to purr the engine on. Love my truck I keep it maintained. And this starter just makes it even better. Been a late review as to be sure it is a great product.

The starter arrived in a timely manner. I did not necessarily purchase this on based on the low cost. It had the quickest arrival date. I am concerned with its longevity and quality as opposed to the higher priced units.Time will tell.If it fails in under 2 years, I will update. The OEM starter lasted nearly 23 years. If I get 1/3 of that I would be happy..

le démarreur est fonctionnel.seul bémol ,il manquait un boulon supposé deux de fournisj ai repris les vieux ,pas le choix sinon encore en attente de deux jours

No issues, same as box stores, 1/3 the price. Works as it's supposed to, no fitment issues, would buy again.
