After installing this part for final time. The horn still doesn't work. Troubleshooting with a light probe. Leads to the spring in the contact points of this part. When installing cam, spring and c ring to the steering shaft, you push down about 1/16" to secure the c clip. By doing that, contact points on the turn signal switch and the cam, the contact points has copper spring that is soft and will not spring back to the correct contact position. Should use steel spring, not copper, too soft. Tried to modified several times, always the same failing results. Still no horn. Need a steel spring

Does not fit 1972 Buick Skylark as indicated. Too long and tabs are a bit off when trying to plug in to receptacle plug.
