It's real leather and feels great When in use

This is a good quality item. I got it for my husband for his birthday and it’s a very soft leather. Thick, but not thick enough it restricts mobility. Very good value for the price point. He loves the was it looks. I will say thought it works, you still need a hard guard because the guard on it doesn’t prevent arrows from slicing the back of your hand. So but the hand guard too. I just ordered it as well. Comes with a keychain which my husband immediately put on his key ring.

I wanted to surprise my daughter with a real leather arm protection since she started archery last year and loves leather.This arm protection is very nice and the leather really good quality, but it's not really made for archery I guess. I had measured her wrist, hand, and arms and she was right in the measurements, but the leather bulges so much on her wrist that she said it makes it impossible to shoot the arrow. She also kept pinching the skin on her arm while trying to adjust the archery brac. In the end we were both frustrated and she gave me the thing back and said "no, thank you".Okay, I also have a son who does some archery and his arms are bigger. So I made him try it on. His arm is however too big for the brace to close.The archery brace looks super cool, and smells wonderfully like leather, but it can't be used for archery, at least my teenager says so. For a Halloween costume this thing would be great, or even for someone who just likes to wear something like it.I had a real hard time to decide how many stars to give it since it's such nice leather, and workmanship. It smells wonderful too. It just didn't fit right for my daughter to be used, and I will have to look for a different arm protector for her.
