I suppose they are what the ad shows but barely cover the arm from elbow to shoulder so I feel like only a small area is getting the heat insulating effect. And I didnt give much thought to how to put it on good and snug one handed. Probably would go for a thermal shirt.

I’ve worn them 2 times and there is a reason why. I literally can’t put them on myself so my husband has to help, then in the worst case scenario they fall right off my arm in the middle of a workout while I sweat & lastly they don't go to the part that needs to be held in which is the big part of your arm, because it wont stay or fit there. Dont waste your money.

I had so much trouble putting it on cause I couldn't tighten it. I had to ask for help to put it on & might not have that help all the time. Once on it was comfortable.

I like to work out in the mornings alone and these didn’t work for me, you can’t just strap them on to your arms, you need a person to help you. So since I work out alone this didn’t work at all for me, I did return these and requested a refund

If I could give it zero stars I would product was awful tag was removed didn’t look used but tag was removed product was small very itchy irritated my skin and I don’t get easily irritated made me cough something In this product is bad don’t get it!!!!!!
