Very cute and size is perfect! Did not cause any skin irritation, is comfortable to wear, can be a little difficult to close and open but once you figure it out, it makes it a little easier to use. I love mine because it’s small and dainty.

I've had this for awhile now and it's my favorite nose ring yet, complimented all the time, has the perfect sparkle to it, comfortable, and has an easy snap open snap closed use (does not open without me trying to open it - stays shut), I love it! Perfect size of hoop and perfect gauge size

I would rate this zero stars if I could. I was less than impressed by how it looked when I opened the package. I made the mistake of changing my helix jewelry to this. The first night it felt irritated but I figured it was from changing the jewelry. Kept it clean etc. Second day, slightly worse. Third day same, I had new jewelry coming and planned on switching if no improvement. The 4th morning I woke up and felt really sick. The top part of my ear was hot and very painful. I could barely function but managed to change the jewelry. My ear started feeling better almost immediately. Hours later I can actually touch my ear without severe pain. The metal is crap quality. I have been fine with surgical steal, and I am certain this isn't it. Please make a better choice and avoid what I experienced.

This earring is beautiful and it went wonderfully with my other opal earrings, but it didn't last very long. After a couple weeks I felt a Crack in it, then this week (the 6th week) half of the opal fell out. After taking these pictures I pulled the other side out very easily.. its beautiful and did not irritate my ear at all, but I guess it's not made for every day wear.

I soo loved this nose ring but after having it in for only 2 month the opal has broken and fallen out causing a sharp edge and a lot of irritation.

I love these rings. The 16g is the same gauge I was pierced with, but I'm always struggling to find large enough rings to use in my upper ears. I apparently have very thick cartridge so the 12mm was perfect. I'm kind of sensitive to metals but I have not had any irritation or signs of corrosion that you sometimes get with cheap metals, too.I've got this, a rose gold version, and a silver in my wishlist. Definitely will buy another one again!

Very cute! I have sensitive ears and this gets irritated after a few days. Sad that I don't get to wear it more
