I used this pinion for my arrma typhon, together with the 57t metal slipper and a castle creations 2200kv brushless motor. With this combo the speed was about 46mph on 3S and around 60mph with my 4S Lipo battery. It had so much power with this combo that it kept making wheelies and hence I also got a wheelie bar. 3s was no problem but the second run on 4s stripped the 13t input gear which is not made of metal. Since then I have upgraded the input gear, diff case and rown gear to the hot racing metal parts. Now it shreds without fears for breaking the rear diff. All in all. The 23t pinion has not even a sign of wear so it deserves my recommendation.
