Like many others have said, these cups come jammed together. They packed mine in a box with no air bubble wrap, no wrapping whatsoever so they could just bump around and cram together harder. I tried cold water in one, hot in another, no go. For some reason I just ran them under water, not even long, and left them on the counter -sideways - and an hour or more later they came apart, voila! They don't feel very sturdy but I love the look of them. They are definitely not the tall glass represented in the picture. In my pic, marker for scale.

I ordered a set of 6 cups in Sept. 2018 and they arrived as 3 pairs of two cups jammed together. Here is how I separated them:First I sprayed "409" cleaner all around down between the two cups to act as a lubricant. Then I put my left hand around the outer cup. On the inner cup, I grabbed the part that stuck out with the fingers and thumb of my right hand. Then, holding the cups close against my chest, I pulled my arms outwards sideways and the two cups came apart. It still wasn't easy, but they didn't break.

They are not eligible for return, so stuck with broken cup. Problem is they arrive as other reviewers said crammed together so tightly that you can't separate them. One of the cups arrived either broken or broken while trying to get them apart. I place the cups in hot water on the outside and ice on the inside to get them apart. The cups are good size and shape, short and wide so stable.

I had some that looked identical to these from Adcraft, but needed more. So, I expected they would be the same quality. I have thrown out 4 of these in just a couple weeks of using them as they cracked just being dropped on the floor by a child. To be real honest, the disposable cups from Walmart can handle more stress than these. I love the look and the feel and the shape, but regret that I can't find more like the adcraft that hold up for years in a home of many children.

Very nice cups for little hands and just the right amount of liquid for them. I bought these for my grand kids they love them and my wife and I love them. They are also nice for those times when you want a small cup to drink from.

I really like these cups, they are perfect for my 3 kids under age 10. I wish they were a little bit heavier but other than that they are perfect. They have even been dropped on the floor several times and we're not broken or cracked and I love the fact that I can put them in the dishwasher.

Our household has been using these plastic tumblers, both the 10 oz and 16 oz, for years and I just reordered. We like them because there's no worry over breakage, they're a classic design, and don't give off a strange flavor. The reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because over time they will cloud if washed in the dishwasher. All of our clouded ones will now be repurposed to store things vertically in cabinets and such.
