I bought this for my 5 year old to wear for Christmas under her dress. The quality was good. No frays and it was covetable for her. She didn't complain about it being itchy. We bough the red size 6. She is in between sizes right now 5-6 but this wasn't too big. With her dress on it was perfect.

My daughter loves it and it fit the "look" she was going for for spring pictures at school. The material is VERY thin though!

Got this for my 12yo to wear to her band concerts. She loves it because it's so soft - the lacy sleeves look like they might be scratchy but they're very soft & even a little stretchy. She's usually picky & she was impressed too.
