They had no spinning wheel inside them. What crap. I ordered 12 for 12 kids and some went without. Horrible product.

Only about half of these fun whistles actually whisled, if you need an exact ammout for a kids party or something get an extra order they are cheap and will wear out or just not work, alright for the price

We used these during a boat parade. The boats could all hear us and they came closer to our home. We had a huge group of people all using their whistles and laughing at the same time. It was fun and helpful, especially for people that didn’t know how to whistle.

When we invite people with children we always give the kids some of these. Parent's usually take them away and play with them themselves. They're good and loud, and yes, will be annoying, but they're just fun!

They were priced reasonably enough, but expect some of them not to work after a couple of uses. It seems like the inside may fall out when blowing too hard.

I tried these whistles but they never make any sounds.That's because of their structure. They have no valve like a screw or a propeller.These are not the siren whistle, but the SILENT whistle.こどもに使ってもらおうと購入し、試しにいくつか吹いてみましたがどれも音は出ませんでした。内部構造を見てみると、サイレンホイッスル（サイレン笛）についているスクリュー状の弁がなく、ただ穴を塞ぐように作られたフタみたいなものがあるだけです。これではあの特徴的な音は鳴らないでしょう。サイレンホイッスルではなく、サイレントホイッスルです。

Faint sound. No consistent when blowing

I bought these for one simple silly reason, to go to a Van Halen tribute show and blow it during the song Runnin' With The Devil. Now, I really have no reason to down rate these things, I didn't know what to expect and they seem to overall do their job. However, a tribute band handed me a siren whistle to blow during the song, that one in particular, the whistle lasted a bit longer. These, the whistle doesn't seem to last as long. It gets the correct tone for the song, but I wouldn't buy these for this particular song.
