When inserting sharp metal edges protrude out from top of silicone body and cause bright red bleeding with risk of causing UTI. If decide to still use, make sure to use apple amounts of sperm safe lubricant.Otherwise worked well.Silicone bubble seems thin and not sure on long term durability and longevity, also doesn’t expand evenly circularly, inside when inserted it may, none leaked out of female when used, leave in for 10-20 minutes to simulate tie.Attachment valve is impossible to sanitize, comes with two. The second time using I hooked up syringe without one and works just as well. Either using valve or not syringe is only moderately secure and easily pops off so apply pressure when injecting semen.Airline attachment on body pulls out and bends if airline tube is removed, still doesn’t leak though.Collection bags leak slightly.I’d say kit is not a great value overall.I’m returning due to defects above, especially regarding the sharp edges, and next time I am trying syringe with tube kit, which are about a quarter of the price.Using an artificial vagina is easiest to collect sample, they make for dog breeding, I used a Fleshlight brand, mini lotus classic model, some models are tighter, all are very flexible. I purchased it specifically for this, less expensive and possibly better quality than some others. Insert collection bag inside of and position artificial vagina in place when male mounts female. Some males need a standing estrous female to be successful at collecting, all produce about 50% more semen and sperm when an estrous female is present.

I was not worried about inserting this in the wrong area in my dogs vagina. It was easy to hold in place for the time needed and easy to use. Make sure to order the right size for your animal.

I bought the size that SHOULD fit my dog, who was 15 lbs over the minimum limit of the one I purchased and there was no way it was going to fit. Not even with a ridiculous amount of lube and yes ai had the angle right and everything. Size down. We have used other sizes before, months ago, but had to buy a new one and the size recommendations were way off.

All parts came intact and is functioning correctly. My size came with two hand pumps other than one as seen in the photos. I’m happy with the device its self but the instructions came in Chinese. Even when translating it didn’t come with any instructions on how to sanitize it between uses to prevent contamination between animal. Hopefully it works well when my Labradors have their next cycle.Not sure what the empty slot in the bottom was for but was delivered like so.Will update after use of the device.

At first I thought this thing was way too big for my breed. But it was actually the right size. As long as you follow the instructions, it works great. I did ai on my female chow Chow using this and she’s due in 3 weeks. It worked good and how it was supposed to. Be sure you sterilize this before and after every use otherwise you risk uterine infection/pyometra to your girl if you don’t. I used this with the bacteriostatic sterile lube. This was a great addition to my breeding program. Much much better than trying to use the little straws which are hard and can give your female infection/pyometra from scratching her vaginal walls and uterus. This is a lifesaver and I’m actually glad that I bought it. I’ve used it for two females and I believe the other is pregnant as well. Have to wait a couple more weeks for confirmation. It’s well worth the investment if you do ai yourself. I do recommend this.
