We also utilize measuring instruments to assess the Young's modulus (elasticity) of the wood, allowing us to data-track the properties of our raw materials. This approach eliminates variations in quality, achieving high processing precision and exceptional cost performance.

Our craftsmen carefully select the appropriate materials for each bow's shape and characteristics by combining their experience with measurement data from precision instruments.
Pernambuco wood is scientifically proven to possess superior acoustic properties due to the presence of the pigment brazilin, which sets it apart from other woods. Unfortunately, many affordable bows on the market are falsely labeled as Pernambuco, when in fact, they are made of Brazilwood.
We are committed to crafting bows using genuine Pernambuco wood, rich in brazilin, to ensure the highest quality and performance.

I’m a cello beginner/novice. I have a few carbon fiber bows and I wanted to try out a wooden one. This bow offered a good sound on my cello in comparison to my carbon fiber bows. I don’t know how to verify it is actual pernambuco, but it has a good look/feel. Customer service is great!This next part is likely user related. I am slower when using this bow. I don’t have any issues with that, just something I have noticed.I purchased a violin bow as well for my partner and she uses this as her primary bow at this point. “It plays louder”.
