I am new to painting and purchased the NewZeal Artist Easel Stand Painting Stand Art Easel, 20"to 61", black metal with blue water bag. This unit is braced on the inside so that it does not collapse like other easels that look very similar. I am 5'10" tall, so I like that it can be raised to 61" high. It also has a tray that holds my paintbrushes. A must-have for light weight yet sturdy easel.

it's economical but flimsy and cheap plastic and i really don't think it can hold objects as big as it claims. but fine for small to medium, light weight canvas on a budget. poor instructions.

A well designed, sturdy and easily adjustable easel that is ideal for a small artist studio. It comes with a soft bag for storage and carrying all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very compact and fully adjustable for my needs. It’s also lightweight, which makes it a little unstable unless it’s anchored to something heavy. Overall, good value for the money

I bought this easel to place a daily calendar board on it that I didn't want to hang on a wall. This easel is right next to my desk, so I can quickly and conveniently jot down notes or key events on the calendar as things pop up during the work day. The easel is lightweight, but sturdy enough to hold this calendar board. It is extremely affordable and was delivered within a couple of days. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
