I bought 2 of these. They are of good quality, all metal, but...Destroyed one trying to install it. The threads were too short for my sinks.From top flange plug seat to bottom of thread is 2 3/8". My sinks are 2 1/4" thick.There were no threads left for gasket and nut. Returned the other one unopened.Ideally, your sink should be less than 1 3/4" thick.The drain plug opening at 1 1/8" is smaller than more expensive brands.

This unit is all metal which is exactly what I needed. My locally available units are plastic where the stopper base threads into the down spout, and I had broken 2 of them just trying to tighten them enough to where they didn't drip. All metal material should be standard as that's a high stress point. It does come with thread tape, but take a hint from a fella and get some liquid thread sealant from your local hardware store. Do it right, do it once.

Very impressed. Down pipe all metal. Two piece tube for easy install without removing the trap. Every thing fit perfectly. Im a 78 yo son of a journeyman plumber and have installed more faucets than I care to remember. The quality of these parts is what I used to see years ago. Very pleasantly surprised.

Worked great for a house built 20 yrs ago. Fit perfectly. I had to watch a few YouTubes to make sure I was installing it correctly, also used plumbers puddy, plumbers tape, and silicone. It’s been a few weeks no and still no leaks! Five stars. Good price as well.

Very good quality. The whole set perfect fit my iron basin. Very easy to install it. You need 2 pliers or one strong hand with one large size plier. Just remove top stop seat and drain tail pipe. Put the top stop seat washer first then top stop seat screw it to main body. You must hold the main body when you screw the washer to basin. Then connect drain tail pipe, don't forget using teflon tape otherwise it will have a small leak from main body to tail pipe join. Afterthat test leaking. Done. The whole set are divided into 3 parts. Top seat, main drain body and tail drain pipe.

I installed a new bathroom sink and wanted to replace the old, discolored drain stopper. This did the trick. It was easy to install and it looks very nice in my shiny new sink.
