The item is fine. I found it to be too small for my needs, but if you want to return it, they are going to charge you 50% of what you paid originally to return it. Don't buy from this company.

I’m an urgent care MD I can never find the alligator forceps if an old lady who stayed out too late with the girls at the casino and got part of her hearing aid stuck in her ear and I need to pull it out of her ear canalThese are perfect the grip is comfortable and the mechanical action is smooth and won’t pinch the tissue. Love the bright green handle I always know which one is mine!
