Constructed from aluminum, the cylinder is lined with a nickel-carbide coating for durable, reliable performance, and the water jackets have been widened for a higher flow rate, cooling the cylinder, resulting in less power lost due to heat. Features a forged piston that's been molybdenum coated for high performance use and extended wear life. Includes: big bore cylinder, big bore piston, piston pin, piston pin rings, gasket kit. Note: To achieve optimum performance re-jet the carburetor with the available jet kits. Fits: Kawasaki KLX 110 2003-2009; Suzuki DRZ 110 2003-2005.

All parts, gaskets and clips arrived no issue, no box damage and bolted right on with no issue. would definatly reccomend over the bbr 143 kit, cheaper and as, or more effective than the bbr kit only complaint is the wrost pin clips dont have the usual little tab that helps with installation and no real directions on the piston rings on which goes where other than that 10/10

Got for my 2004 klx110 and it has way more power then stock, the front tire lifts right off the ground without pulling up on the bars to do a wheelie, lots of bottom end torque and top end speed. Really recomend this kit. Has more power then my buddys 143 bbr kit. And this way u will save hundreds of dollars....
