RHM audio interface support 5VDC&USB2.0 independent power supply. 5VDC&USB2.0 Power Input Socket: Used to connect the supplied USB power adapter and Type-C data cable to power the mixer. The POWER SOURCE Switching: Switch different connection modes. When a data connection is required, switch to USB 2.0, so that the mixing console signal can be transmitted between PC, MAC, IOS, and some Android devices. Awesome value in a perfectly good interface. All of the audio ports work great, sound very similar to some higher level products that I own, what more could you ask for? For what I need it's absolutely perfect. Plug and play with my computer, haven't tested it cross platform.

I've had this interface for a while, it worked for a few months and everything seemed fine until I moved. The moment I took it out of the box and tried to use it after moving into my new apartment, the audio quality was terrible no matter what microphone was plugged in. Which sucks because I took really good care of the thing and packaged it just like how it came in the box the first time! Just be careful with how you handle it because it can short circuit or something and ruin the quality.

Tried using this with my M1 Macbook Pro, the box only came with one data cord (no usb-c cord or adapter) and no headphone adapter.I connected the interface to my computer correctly and troubleshooted multiple solutions and finally got audio to come through my DAW.The audio that came through was distorted and unintelligible. I tried 4 different 1/4in cords that I had on hand and none of them changed the outcome.My only thought is that I need proper drivers for it, but the description specifically says drivers are unnecessary. And there are no publicly available drivers related to RHM whatsoever.Don’t purchase this, the product doesn’t work at all and I will be getting a refund.

I really wanted to like this. It had decent reviews for the price point. I just couldn't get quality sound out of it.1. The adapter for the headphones goes in and out. I was constantly wiggling it to make it work and I have new Skull Candy headphones. It was definately the interface adapter system.2. There was no real way to get good sound from my dynamic Telefunkin mic. I get great sound at shows and practice but I am trying to do some recording at home and the quality is awful. The only way to really hear the mic is to have everything so loud that the sound is horrible.3. While this is compatible with windows and mac os as plug and play, it will not work with Google os. I tried that thinking maybe it might sound better on my Samsung Chromebook. It didn't.I really can't recommend this for voice, maybe its better without the dynamic mic or for instruments. Maybe podcasts. I bought it to record vocals though and it failed miserably.

I am by no means a rockstar, but I do enjoy playing with friends. I was looking for a way to record at home. A friend recommended this interface, and I am so happy I picked it up! I needed a couple of cables to connect my guitar/microphone and my amp, but once connected, we were up and recording! The construction is metal, and the controls are solid. I love the phantom power, as I could use my favorite microphone!If you are looking for an adapter to get your recording for a great price, this is the adapter for you!

So I had to return it because it picks up radio station. Not because of the mic or cable or anything - I purchased another one (Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen) and works just fine. The radio did eventually go away as I continued to try throughout the night but likely it is because the driver finally turned off his truck after a couple of hours (someone sits in his/her truck way too long) I mean it is a 50/50 gamble if there's someone using radio that could interfere with it.
