I love to grow tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables, but when I'm going to prune or pick them, I frequently get scraped but it's not ideal to wear a long sleeve when it's warm so these fit the bill!

These stretch around your arm, but the length of your arm is important. You really don't want these stretching the length of your arm as they will creep up. Material feels like spandex.I like the flag pattern, but would rather just have solid white.

I have been purchasing these for myself from a different company that specializes in these sleeves for gardening. The ones I have are really thick and hot in the sun, so I was hoping these would breathe a little better. And they do!!! Originally thought these would be for my husband, but I'm keeping them. The fabric reminds me of leggings, but a bit thinner. The pattern does loose some of the beauty when it's pulled up at the bicep, but it's fine. The water/pool color of these reminds me of vacation, so they will be nice to wear and dream about not working out in the hot sun.

These are amazing for gardening the. are cooling. They offer protection and they protect you from the itchiness of your garden. There. easy to put on. They do not stretch out and lose their shape. They're very easy to laundry and have not shown any signs of fading or wear and tear.

I am a big fan of arm sleeves for cool sun protection. Cool as in cooling down temperature wise. These are cool in appearance as well. You do pay a premium for the printed color pattern, a significant upcharge compared to others I've bought, but they are not a lot of money still, and they look pretty spiffy.

I have used cooling sleeves in the past and have definitely found that they offer a wide variety of benefits, aside from just helping to keep you cool on a hot day. Like most cooling sleeves they do provide some cooling relief, but I my opinion that is the smallest benefit. They do an amazing job at absorbing your sweat as well as protecting you from those strong rays of sun. I am one of those people who has to use sunscreen or else I am burnt to a crisp by the end of the day. The down side of wearing sunscreen while you are working outside is that you become a magnet for dirt and debris. So you tend to wash up throughout the day, which then minimizes how well your sunscreen will work and hold up. Finally, these sleeves help prevent those annoying and sometimes painful bug bites. The one thing that I have realized with this brand is they run a little small. They are definitely snug, which I really don’t mind. However because they are on the smaller side they don’t stay in place. The upper arm portion continually slides down and needs to be readjusted. It is a little annoying and I have found that other brands have performed better.
