I purchased this color to use for quilting on a pink gingham fabric. The color contrasts nicely with the lighter pink in the fabric, which is the look I was going for. Of course, you can’t go wrong with the thread quality, it’s super low lint. Although this is a more expensive thread, it goes a long way. I’ve quilted about half of my quilt (60x60) and the spool barely looks used. I love this thread.

I love Aurifil thread for quilting. I use it for sewing together the top, quilting, and hand stitching the binding, and it does excellent in all of these roles. It leaves a small amount of lint compared to other threads that I've used.
