The item is great, after 2 days delayed, another day lost package, finally received it 5 days after ordering it and paying for priority shipping. Amazon took their time redelivering it, until 6 pm, should have been delivered first thing this morning, then he just threw it on my porch. AMAZON BE BETTER!

Overall quality of the knob is great. Nice and heavy and metal.I noticed in the reviews some people didnt get the color they wanted. I ordered the Black with Red Lettering and received what I ordered.The plastic insert fit right on my Logitech G920 shifter without a problem.Used the Middle sized sleeve of the 3 that it came with.The G920 shifter column isnt threaded at the top where the knob attaches so I was initially worried about whether or not the knob would spin while on the shifter but it doesnt.What I would recommend everyone do is FIRST put the plastic thread sleeve over the shift knob column FIRST. THEN screw the knob down onto the threads till its tight. For me the knob lined up straight right as the knob was getting right on the plastic threads. If anything you may need to turn it maybe an 8th or Quarter of an inch to straighten it perfectly.After some rough testing sessions in Dirt Rally 2.0, Drifting and Racing in Assetto and giving it a run through on some Practice Iracing sessions the knob stayed straight the whole time is still firmly in place without any wiggles or movement. H Pattern and Sequential shifting , it kept straight.Great cheap upgrade that really enhances feeling of shifts for the Logitech G Driving Force Shifter.Would highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Google and forums. On a search for a decent, low cost shift knob to finish my simulator build. Fits the g29 shifter. Remove gray plastic piece on shifter, unscrew the Philips head, remove black knob. Take the new shifter out of box, use the middle sized black coupling, tap it onto the metal portion of the shifter, screw on new shifter, and all set! Feels much better than the original. Recommend!

This is a nice heavy, well-made piece of kit. Instantly a huge upgrade over the Logitech plasticky thing that was on there. I will say that I pushed the thing on as hard as I dared, and it still ended up coming loose a few hours later. I push it down periodically, and it stays on okay, but it does rotate around, which it didn't initially. I’m contemplating putting some cloth tape or something on there to make the grip a little stronger. Summary: nice, solid, well-crafted chunk of aluminum, the connector is the weak spot, and could possibly be a little better quality. Still good value for the money.

I purchased this, in green, for my Logitech Shifter. It was easy to install. Just remove the cap and screw from the OG knob, then find the right adapter (included) and slide it on the shaft. Screw on new knob.This knob gives the Logo, a lot more "heft" to it. It feel more solid, and less of a toy. Combined, with a 3D printed mod kit from eBay, and my Logi shifter finally feels pretty good.

So call me crazy but I purchased 2 Logitech shifters since I got tired of swapping out the PlayStation and Xbox cables every time I wanted to play on the Xbox or the PlayStation. Let me tell you this makes the whole experience better. First off the product. I purchased the green one with the red lettering pattern. It arrived well packaged and was a snap to install. Just remove the top plastic cover of the original. One Phillips screw and the knob comes right off the shaft. Next find the 1 of 3 plastic collars they ship you with the shifter and push it onto the shaft. Lastly screw the new shifter knob onto the collar and turn to display the shift pattern correctly. Couldn’t be any simpler than that I can’t speak on the weight to the shifts on the stock shifter because I have done a $1.00 mod that made it feel more realistic with nothing more than using from rubber bands I bought at dollar tree. For anyone wondering I found a YouTube video showing how to do this. Knob feels great in the hand and I would recommend anyone buy this and just add it to the price of the shifter because it’s like Logitech should have had it this way from the beginning. I like this product so much that I just ordered the blue one with red lettering pattern for the PlayStation g29 wheel set so I will have the one on the g920 green for Xbox and blue for the PlayStation. Style and performance. I have read that the lettering may fade after prolonged use but I honestly wouldn’t care. Once you know the pattern you don’t need the pattern anyway. I think this might just be the best and easiest mod I have done for any sim modding to my rig. Don’t hesitate just buy it.

Knob is okay for the money and works on my G29 racing rig but the plastic pieces are really soft. I doubt they would hold up in an automotive application after a few heat cycles.
