It is made really well and looks good but with my 24 f250 when it's raining the airflow from hitting the bump on the gaurd directs the air into the center of the windshield causing the rain water to mushroom out making it hard to see and when the wipers are on any speed over 45 causes the wipers to shake and move around while wiping the windshield. Also might just be me seeing things so take this with a grain of salt but when going 75 plus it looks like my hood is buckling slightly.

The shield looked good. I did return it do to the noise and air flow. It literally shook my hood and mirrors. The also took $40 off my refund to return it for shipping. Don't buy you will not like it.

As long as you ensure both sides are aligned evenly before removing the tape backing.Looks good, and effectively reduces bugs and leaves.Does not create turbulence around the side mirrors as some do.

AVS produces a good bug deflector, but for the Ford F250 they need to supply additional 'bumpers' to keep the deflector from beating up the front of your hood. I reached out to AVS for additional bumpers and they said they would ship within the coming 7 business days ?? Ten days out and no bumpers yet.

This is the third truck I have installed this particular one on. The fit isn’t perfect. It hasn’t been on any of them, but it’s close. The design seems to help deflect bugs nicely, and definitely protect the front of the hood.
