2002 TJ has AC knobs break every 8-10 months, these are great and fit well. no issues!

The units arrived in a couple days like advertised and the plastic portion of the units were essentially identical to the unit I was looking to replace. The problem was that the metal insert on the units was crushed out of shape and did not fit the jeep heater unit I purchased them for. The insert was not removable and the hope it was inserted in is possibly too small the the post it is supposed to insert on. I have a comparison photo between the unit I received and a good unit from the jeep. On the whole, the unit is poorly assembled with little or no quality control.

Looks great! But, would not install on the switch easily. Took a lot of pressure to force on to the shaft. Could not install on the shaft of one of the switches. Diameter was to small.
