No end cap and no cv joint grease comes with it. Luckily I was gentle when removing the old joint and was able to reuse the end cap.I also recommend re using the factory hardware.Didn’t have much choice but to use this as I was getting ready to leave for a trip up north and didn’t want to be without my 4 wheel drive.Hopefully it holds up.
