I recently purchased this cat litter box, and it has been a game-changer for me and my cats. The seller shipped my order very fast. The received package was well packed. No damage during shipping.My overall experience is very positive after a few weeks of using it.1. The installation was simple. Just follow the user manual to put the parts together.2. Once power on, it runs under the default mode, which is good enough for me. The box can sense the cat going in and out. The internal rake automatically scoop the waste to the litter bag after the cat leaves the box. The rake will stop and reset its position during a cleaning process, if the box detects a cat approaches the entrance of the box. The rake will continue the cleaning process once it senses the cat has left. The top bin holds several serving of cat litter, and can unload them into the box one serving a time. All I need to do is to refill the cat litter and replace the poop bag once it is full.3. I also uses the app to control the box, such as starting a cleaning, turn on the UV light for sanitizing, etc. The app also records all the events, such as when a cat goes in, how long she stays inside, the weight of the cat, when the box did a clean, etc.4. The control panel on the box also works fine.Overall I am very satisfied with this cat litter box.

First of all the opening and setup experience is very nice. Takes a few minutes to get everything working. The coolest thing about this model, was shown to me when I opened the app - they do software updates on the box itself!! Can you believe it? Amazing. Anyway, it functions great, and the app is simple - you can tell they're still working on it, but not too difficult to figure out. The form factor is very well thought out, like the step collects litter and you just lift up the front side and it dumps all that into the waste bin. The step has a little compartment to store extra bags too.Cons - or room for improvement.I really wish they'd let you set the clumping time beyond 30 minutes. Seems like that's the max you can set any automatic box at. But I'd love it if you could put it at an hour or two to let the clump harden more.The rake design needs improvement. It's like there's too much space between the metal combs. So if the clumping is still moist, it breaks it apart and sometimes sticks to the rake. It's not a deal breaker and still works pretty darn good, but just be prepared to experiment with your kitty litter type. I'm using tidy cats free and clear clumping. Seems a bit too light or sticky for it. Still functions perfectly, but clumps break apart. Think I'll try like some tofu litter or something after this first experiment. That said, the rake is metal and so you don't have to worry about it breaking.My cat actually liked this box right away. didn't have to do any coaxing. It's roomy and no door, so he went right in. I'll update this in a month or two.

Very great smart litter box that save me lots of time. It’s big enough for my 7kg cat without any problem. The machine is also very easy to clean unlike other automatic litter box I owned before. The best feature is the auto refill of cat litter so that I don’t need to keep monitoring the level of cat litter. Good built quality overall. Definitely recommend it!
