Ok ... I guess that was in the product description but it really would have been much better if these were punched already.The clear covers I ordered were already punched not sure why they decided these are better unpunched.

Cheap, shoddy, useless. Flimsy with no binder holes and teensy tabs. Threw them out immediately.

Good quality dividers at legal size. The only problem is that there are no holes punched already so now I have to visit my lawyers office or go to a library where there is a legal size hole puncher available. Never before seen dividers without holes on sale. I like the paper quality though.

It's legal size paper, what else can you say. It fit in my printer, ink went on the paper and it didn't smear. Woohoo

Need to look close at the descriptions. I bought 3 items, all Avery, and there is no standard. The binder is designed for 4 hole punch, the dividers are not punched, and the sheet protectors are 3 hole punch. Currently I have not used any of them until I modify them.

No holes to insert into binder. This product should have been titled "Unpunched Legal Index Dividers". I've never ever purchased any dividers that didn't have holes punched, this comes as a surprise to me. It makes no sense. How do we use this in our legal binders? Now I need to improvise.
