I set this computer up and it wasn’t working properly and the volume was really low. I tried to do a return on it and they said with Amazon pharmacy, I was not able to return it. I was a consistent customer but I will never order from Amazon again.

The laptop is slow but it seem to be working over except for the slowness.

It takes forever to load wifi keeps disconnecting. If you close the laptop or leave ot for a while you have to power it down just to get the screen to come back on.

Mouse pad is very touchy. But overall is very good computer when you are using it for business.

Bought it for my wife to use at home for applying for jobs and team call for interviews. She has had no complaints what so ever and loves it.

I bought is laptop for the upcoming semester of college, and I am pleasantly surprised by this laptop in these past couple of days. The battery life is very good and lasts me the whole day of work between docs and classes. The screen is also good for entertainment. Lastly, you can install windows 11 for free which is definitely a plus. I have to say it a pretty great package for the price.

I just got finished setting up this laptop. Upon setup, it asked if I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11. Since I have it on my gaming rig and haven't had any issues, I said yes. It updated and has been working smoothly. It isn't a powerhouse by any means, but it is sufficient for casual use: Video streaming, web browsing and the like. It is geared toward students and I can see this satisfying their needs. I will update this review if I encounter any issues after further use. So far, I have no complaints, especially given the price point for a Windows laptop. 💻👍

It turned on well but the mic didn't work and the internet would drop out every 30 minutes. I finally returned it because it was unusable.
