Came bent, missing pieces,can't tighten screw they will strip, an handle bars won't stay in place . The worst.It ruined my grandbaby Christmas

My husband who is very handy and a master assembler struggled with this bike! He finally got it put together but it was not easy! The size of this bike is for a 3 or 4 year old and it has hand breaks that are hard to squeeze. She can ride it ok but she can't stop it. It has no push back breaks. It looks really cute and she loves it but it's just not functional or practical for her. We will be getting her a different bike before spring and summer months. The size is fin and fits her fine but the hand breaks just make it unsafe for her.

The brakes won't work because the hardware for the brakes are messed up. The instructions for putting it together were terrible.A very terrible product.I know that its beyond the return window, but I believe I should be compensated in someway for this bad product.I will never purchase a product from this company again.

I brought this bike for my grandson I love the color of the bike but this one came with a basket but when looking at the picture it wasn’t on the bike but overall I love this bike for my grandson good job Amazon

The quality of the bike is not bad for this price, however the training wheels are made of cheap plastic and not so sturdy. One star deducted due to the poor installation manual.

You get what you pay for. Yes, it's cheap, but what do you expect for this price? The instructions are HORRIBLE. The video tutorial posted on Amazon helps a little bit. I saw other reviews complaining about the brakes. Well -- YES -- the instructions and marketing photos on multiple versions of the bike have the brake pads all placed perpendicular to the ground. That's not how brake pads go on bikes. You need to turn them parallel to the ground so they grip the rim of the bike. The plastic discs with holes are only packaging. It looks like other people had tried to assemble them on the bike and were complaining that they broke. The product would be much improved with better assembly instructions and/or video.My grandson loved it. I don't expect it to last long enough to hand it down to his brother, but I think he's going to have some fun with it.
