This is a great ballet coverup skirt. The clips make it easy to adjust. It is light, but the material has a nice feel. Easy to slip on and off and throw in a bag. I expected it to be see through, but after looking at the listing again, it probably is a bit more see through than the pictures suggest. At least, that's the case with the black.

I ordered this wraparound Ballet skirt for my wife who is an avid Ballet dancer for many years. When it arrived, I was a bit surprised to see how small and light the package was wondering whether it’s a right item delivered.Indeed, the wraparound skirt is very light made of chiffon. This skirt is one size fits all and the skirt's length is 23.62”/60 cm, the length of the ribbon is 86.62”/220 cm. The skirt is just below the knee for my wife who is 5-3. The skirt is tied with a long satin ribbon which can be adjusted per individual taste.This dance skirt can be worn for ballet dance class, ballroom, party, and etc. It certainly can be worn outdoors with something underneath (it’s sheer and see through), too.She says it feels soft, smooth and comfortable. It’s a bit longer skirt than she usually wears for Ballet, but it hangs and flows beautiful. It claims it won’t deform, fade, shrink or pilling even after longtime wearing and washing, which cannot be confirmed at this review.The skirt is said to be both hand and machine washable (recommended to use a laundry bag when machine washing), however I would use the gentle cycle with machine-wash due to its delicate nature.I am not sure why it’s listed as a dance costume (,which automatically is assumed to be inferior quality) in the title. It’s a beautiful Ballet skirt and she loves it.

This ballet skirt is perfect as an inner layer under formal outfits. It's lightweight, comfortable, and flows nicely, making it ideal for adding a bit of extra flair without feeling bulky. This ballet skirt is exactly what I was hoping for! It’s lightweight, soft, and flows beautifully when I move.
