Used this to fill balloons from a helium tank. It works, but I had to hold the rubber nozzle open, then slowly open the bottle valve. If I have the bottle valve open, even a little, then open the rubber nozzle, it puts a hole in the balloon. Too much focused pressure for the balloon to handle.
