I ordered XXL though I typically wear XL clothes (5'11", 185lbs). I've never had a leak with these, they're comfortable, and they wash easily. I like that they are high-waisted as it's more comfortable for my body shape but it also prevents leaks at night. The seams are high quality, the fabric on the outside similar to a bathing suit. I've ordered 3 packs now so I have enough to not have to use a single disposable each month.

I bought these in hopes that they would be more comfortable than pads and they definitely are! When you first pull them out of the package, the padded part feels like it might be pretty substantial, but when you have them on they really just feel like underwear.Admittedly, I don't have the heaviest of flow periods, mine are more medium-light(I would usually only need like one/two pads per day) but I haven't had any leakage from these and they're rather comfortable. Two notes, after a while, they do feel a little wet in a way that pads wouldn't. On my heaviest day, they never leaked but I did feel like the surface of the crotch area didn't stay dry feeling. It might just be a period panty thing but it's a little odd- makes you want to change them out mid day.The other thing is the leg holes run a little snug. I'm usually a solid size 16 in pants with thick thighs and the leg holes feel like swim suit tight. After wearing them for a second I didn't really notice it, they're pretty stretchy, but that might be something some people aren't comfortable with.Overall I'm very happy with these and I'll probably buy some more (especially for the price). The comfort is great and for my medium/light periods they absorb plenty. 👍

Tengo 4 modelos de panties para menstruacion y estas son las mejores!! Quedan bien ajustadas, la tela es suave y resiste bastante flujo.Mil veces mejor usar esto que toallas o tampones, lo recomiendo ampliamente

I bought a 3 pair set, checked my measurements with their chart, was in between sizes so I went with the larger one as they recommended. In the end the ones I received were huge (no exaggeration) and non-returnable of course. Quite unhappy with this purchase, I think a good company should have a reliable size chart.

These do not feel or sound like a diaper, Unlike some other brands ive bought. Ive used them a few times just as extra protection and for nights. The only negative is that they hold in sweat and moisture so If its really warm these will be not fun! I wore them on an airplane and it was soooo hot on there. I regretted having them on! I think that they all do this because of their purpose.

**Update 2** I found some period underwear from Knix on sale for the holidays, and got them to give them a try. They are great for wearing with leggings because they have almost no VPL, but also not for night wear. They are also much more thin in the pad area, so dry faster but haven't given them a real test for absorption. These from Bambody are still the best for heavy days and overnights by a longshot. Also, still going strong after months of using them every month, so I can tell you that they are pretty durable! Just check the sizing, and if you are curvy, go with the lace top version!**Update** I've now been using these for a few months, as well as trying a few other brands to compare. The two others I bought to try were Thinx and Pink. Short version, Bambody is still my favorite, but the Pink ones gave them some competition. I love the lace top ones from Bambody best, but either are wonderful. The long version is that I decided to try the "magical" Thinx brand, but went with the cheaper (but still most expensive of the three) BTWN version available at Target because I couldn't bring myself to pay the price for the regular ones. That might be why I hated them, because it was a classic case of the store brand being juuuust not quite the same, but either way, never again. The only nice thing I can say is that the sizing is accurate. Uncomfortable, made with a heavy fabric, and they felt like I was wearing a diaper. Also, the absorbent part stops well short of where you need it to go if you don't want leaks at night. It's the equivalent of wearing a regular pad to bed rather than the overnight pad. They have been put in the back of the rotation for only emergency situations. The next pair I tried were the Pink period underwear from Victoria's Secret. I bought the hipster fit as they come in hipster, boy shorts, and thong. VS just had a big sale, so I snagged them for nearly 50% off. Are they worth the full price? A solid maybe. They have some pros and cons. On the plus side, they are more stretchy than these from Bambody, the sizing is accurate, and the fabric feels like it is a little lighter. They are also pretty comfortable. The biggest positive is that I HATE VPL, and these have the lowest profile side seams. Still not really leggings friendly, but better than even Bambody. As for the cons, the biggest thing is that they, too, are only for day wear. The pad part does go up a little more in the front than Thinx, but it stops halfway up the back, same as the Thinx pair. (The slight upside to this fact is that they dry a little faster by having less fabric.) They are also less absorbent overall so maybe not the best for heavy days unless you can change or use them as backup, and more expensive per a single pair unless you can grab them on sale. All said, I liked these enough that I got a few more to have on hand as they are a solid addition to the rotation. As for Bambody, I've found some pros and cons after a few months of use, though the cons are my own fault. They are still magical, but I did buy them too small (as stated in the original review, I sized up to XL and needed XXL), so I ended up modifying the sides so they didn't cut in to my thighs. I'm curvy, so briefs don't fit me quite right anyways, and being a little small exacerbates the issue. The lace top ones are the most comfortable with the best fit and are my favorite, so I wear the briefs at night when the fit doesn't matter so much and use the lace ones for daytime on heavy days. They are super absorbent, so I can wear a pair on their own for a full day or night with no worries. My only complaint is that they are decidedly NOT leggings friendly, so be prepared for serious VPL if you pair them with certain tight or thin fabrics.**Original review**This is an honest review. Don't want the nitty gritty details, buy these now and have the best period of your life.I have a horrible period. Nothing medically going on, just one of the lucky ones with cramps that can leave me crying on the floor and a super heavy flow for several days that laughs at any of my feeble attempts to stem the red tide. I've tried it all, and I had finally found that a cup and a pad for backup would work, if I was able to go to the bathroom every hour or two. But that's not always feasible, because life. So after reading and comparing every brand of period underwear on the internet during a particularly bad day 1, I decided to try these. Not only did they arrive the next day, they were SOOOOO much cheaper than the other brands! But, I was hesitant. I mean, how great could these things be?Oh, Lord forgive me, I was wrong. I nearly ran over the delivery guy to get the package, and threw all three pairs straight in the washer. Air drying took nearly a full day in a sunny place, but the following morning, I tried the first pair. And, in the spirit of science, I didn't use it as a backup to the cup, I used it alone.It. Was. Glorious. Now, I was terrified at first, because despite saying that these things can hold the same as 2 tampons, it's advertising. Two tampons is a relative measurement. With that on my mind, I rushed to the bathroom every few minutes to verify that there was no leaking for a few hours, every time I felt that particular gush that always signalled utter disaster was happening. But there were no leaks. At all.So then I went grocery shopping, and took the dogs for a walk, and lived my life, and then, finally, that afternoon, I changed to another pair. I nearly cried from happiness. These are super soft and comfy, you don't feel wet, and the underwear don't really get a funky smell. My only complaint is from my own not trying them on. I sized up to XL, and needed XXL. The XL are fine after I stretched out the leg seams a bit, but I ordered some of the lace bikini pairs in XXL.

This is a great alternative to the expensive branded period pants. Very effective for normal flow.

1,000% yes on these! This is my second time using them and I am so happy with these. They are comfortable, not seamless of course, but not bulky. They do not make a “swish” sound or any other give away kind of sound. They give you confidence that you will not have an embarrassing incident. Please read no further if you do not care for comments of a more personal nature. Thanks to the nexplanon implant making my period erratic, irregular, and unpredictable (oh, hello second period two weeks after the last one began 🙄) mixed with intense daily pain from endometriosis, MS, and other issues that prevent me from pinpointing the impending arrival of my period, I have been unable to track my period or know when to expect it. I have now ruined two sets of my favorite sheets, my mattress protector, and my beloved u-shaped maternity pillow (that, yes, I am still using one year + after my child’s birth). It was all becoming incredibly frustrating. These period panties have become a lifesaver. My sheets are saved! I’m so happy with the amount of liquid they absorb-much more than I was expecting. I have a heavy flow and these panties can handle it even without a pad. The seller encourages you to wear a pad along with the panties and see the panties as more of a back up, but I haven’t had an issue. I sometimes wear a pad, but either way, all is absorbed. I feel confident at work as well when an unexpected period hits knowing that all will be well until I can excuse myself from class. I wish I had known about these and had these after giving birth, I think they would also do very well as postpartum panties. In sum, the absorbency is fantastic, they are comfortable, and they are generally discreet. As others have said, they do run a bit small so it might be wise to size up (one or even two sizes. Heck, buy a pack of each bigger size! Two sizes bigger for the first couple days with bloating and all the other wonderful joys periods bring, and then switch over to the one size bigger when the bloating relents!). These are not what I would call high waisted. For me, they sit 2-3 inches bellow my belly button (but I’m tall). Personally, they are comfortable enough to wear regularly and have held up well so far.Seriously, these panties are great. I don’t think you’ll regret purchasing them and giving them a try. The price is right and go for it. I’m so glad I did and these days, it’s the simple things! Although I still feel that I’m being murdered from the inside out during my period, these panties take away some of the worry, stress, and hassle that comes along with periods and that’s worth a lot in my book. Added bonus that I can cut back on the use of paper sanitary products.
