This is exactly what I needed for my costumes! Now I can be Glinda or Bell, or anyone else, and I'll no longer be tripping over folds of skirts. Seriously... hoop skirts are genius. This one fits well and lays nicely, and I love it.

this crinoline is so beautiful! it's strong enough to hold my heavy skirts without creasing or bending, but still soft enough to compress to go through doors and sit in chairs! It's very lightweight and so easy to put on! it has a Velcro square to fix it to your waist, and then drawstrings so there's no stress on the Velcro! It fits anywhere from an xxs to an xxl!!!
