For one the foam ring is not black it's dark gray and was bent by the time it arrived. The foam ring is think and rather useless. It should come in a box not a bubble wrap bag. I'm glad I bought a cheaper set as I was anticipating this very scenario.

The outer vinyl sticky part almost wanted to not lay flat when I put it on, but it was easy enough to correct. The foam on the inside is great... good tone damper and great reinforcement to prevent a rip or tear.I used a Gibraltar hole cutter, which adjusts to even number increments from 4" to 10". However, the hole size for this is not an even numbered size, so there's a little overlap. So, the hole I cut is slightly larger than the size of these rings... but it should be fine.

Not sure why the other reviewer only got the foam ring, but mine came with both. Worked good for me. I still prefer the Aquarian ones, because it’s a thicker plastic, but this is a good second choice if you need faster shipping. The foam ring is a nice touch to help clean up overtones on the resonant head too.

Being misled by the photo I thought there would be 2 foam rings included. Considering the price point ($12) at the point of this review I was disappointed.
