This fit my Baofeng 888s and the radio did power on, but it will not transmit with this device connected. I put the battery on the radio, and the radio works as it should. With this charger connected, the radio will not transmit at all.Either the charger is defective or it is no compatible with the 888s.Returning to Amazon
